Tatton Park
This was our second event of the year held at Tatton organised by our Events Secretary and Historian Phil Jameson. Back in June at the “Tatton Spectacular" show, we won the best stand award which meant that the organisers gave us this time a much bigger area to display our cars.
No less than 13 cars on a rainy Saturday and 15 on a …… sunny Sunday.
Once again one of our members, Desmond Bullock, won a prize with his Lago Blue Ur, finishing 2nd best in the two door coupe category. Needless to say, a great result for Desmond and the qOC, taking into account the number of cars present at this amazing show.
Later in the day more good news for the Club, the qOC Stand had won the 3rd prize in the Best Stand competition at the show. A fitting reward for all the hard work put in by Phil and all the members present, a great thank you to all.
