As in 2020, we had no option but hold another online AGM. Luckily, Terry our Chairman’s Assistant and a whiz kid with Microsoft Teams, duly organised the online event. Thanks to excellent instructions, we were all able to join smoothly and on time. We must thank all the members who took the trouble to join us and participate. A special thanks to Jörgen, one of our Swedish members.
Regretfully due to Covid-19, 2020 was for all the Car Clubs in the land, a non-starter for events. Let’s hope that for the remainder of 2021 some events will take place and that in 2022 normality will be resumed. The membership will be duly informed on a regular basis via email and the newsletter.
Despite the lockdowns in 2020, the qOC was quite active with the monthly newsletter. Some members displayed their quattros at the Classic for Carers online event and raised money for the NHS charity. The very active Scottish Area did managed monthly online meetings, well done to all.
The membership was thanked for all the contributions received during lockdown. The membership present thanked also the committee for all their efforts during the year.
The current committee and Chairman were duly re-elected for 2022.
